  • For any product with a value of more than $ 75 you should consider using a follow-up delivery service or purchase a shipping insurance.
  • Any product you return must be in the condition that you received it and that you are in the original package. Please keep the receipt.
  • Please consider when placing your order to choose the right size, color, ect. of your product to avoid any exchange refunds.

  • We only offer store-bought credit items purchased with a discount or discount code of 25% or more, from our full sale price.
  • Refunds or store credit will be paid within 30 days from the date we receive your refund at our return address (listed above).
  • You have 14 days from the date you received your order to start and return your item (s) for a refund or store credit. Any refunds not made within this window will be rejected.
  • We offer a refund for your original payment method for all items with full value.
  • The trade is provided with a credit card for eligible items only.
  • We do not provide a return label or pay for a return delivery.
  • Items must be in their brand new condition, unused and genuine packages to qualify for a refund.
  • Items returned to us that do not qualify for a refund or store credit will be discarded or returned to you at your own expense.
  • All items purchased with a gift card or store credit should not be refunded. Gift cards purchased and credit cards issued by Inspire Uplift cannot be exchanged or refunded.
  • All shipping costs and government taxes are non-refundable.
  • Cancellations are only accepted for items with full value, within 60 minutes after placing an order.
